We never thought something like this would happen at a jazz festival. But not long into our set, someone spontaneously jumped on stage and inserted himself amongst the percussion instruments and started playing. We remind our fans that we're all for having a good time and seizing the moment, but laying hands on our instruments and instantaneously stopping our tune is ill advised.

While at the benefit concert for the music magazine Rick's Cafe, held at the High Noon Saloon, Rick himself announced that the issue of his magazine which featured us was placed in the Madison Time Capsule to be opened in 50 years. We hope we'll still be around to witness the opening; if we are, no doubt our tempi will have slowed down considerably: El Clan Destino, the Bolero Years
